ME-as I go through this zany, marvelous, difficult experience called: "LIFE"!

The day has fleeted by. It's time to say good night and dream of a better tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow always brings with it, "HOPE"! I hope all your tomorrows be filled with grace and good will towards your brothers and sisters! I pray tomorrow everyone will be met with smiles and laughter. In the  coffee shop of the hospital I go for my medical care, there was a party! I was given a party at the hospital, a Valentine’s Day Party. My friends, who are chaplains, accompanied by a ministry student, threw the most magnificent party for me, in celebration of Valentine’s Day! I was showered with cards and gifts! I, also, proudly presented gifts to Mary and Beth, which were made, with love, by my hands. My friends, we had a wonderful lunch! An enticing, fruit tart cake in the shape of a heart, was gleefully eaten! This Valentine’s cake decorated with kiwi, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, laced with sugar, was delightfully delicious! My friends, I’m fortunate, and blessed, to have Beth, Mary and Nancy as friends, and a supportive and vital part of my life! Valentine Day is, to me, a celebration of love! Waking up this morning, I, with gratitude in my heart, I gave thanks to God for protecting through the night. I expressed my appreciation through prayer for another day. I was given, in this new day, opportunities to make things right with God and with others. This, I promised to God: I will surrender myself and today to the One who created me. Today will be a day of limitless and abundant day, a day of forgiveness. If anyone has hurt me, and I am still holding on to that hurt, I am going to let it go. Please, Jesus, have forgiveness dwell in my heart. These hurts that have weighted me down so, please, Lord, have them fly out of me! To those that I have hurt, even unintentionally, please, please forgive me. Let’s start anew in a different, even more delightful relationship.
