SICK WITH PNEUMONIA AND IN THE HOSPITAL 11-30-2019

Image
This afternoon, I was admitted into the hospital. I was feverish (102*), super congested, in severe pain all over my body, including severe headaches and other troublesome symptoms. When I arrived to the Emergency Room, I had a fever of 102*, my heart rate and my blood pressure were through the roof. My friends, I am very sick. I am being treated for pneumonia with IV antibiotics and something like prednisone through my IV as well. I have been mostly sleeping and have little to no energy. My friends, I am in good hands with excellent doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, hospital chaplains and all sorts of professionals who are working diligently so I can eventually be placed on the road to wellness. My friends, there is something much better in my Life. I am in the Mighty Arms of God. My friends, there is no better place than to be in the Protection of God!         Evelyn Pinto          November 30, 2019

AN ALEWIFE HALLOWEEN PARTY 10-31-2019

On Halloween, in the year 2019, we, the people of the building in which I live, had a Halloween Party! This Halloween Party had fun, food, music, dancing, people in costumes and, also, prizes for the best costumes! Entering our building was a very tall Mr. Skeleton! There was a wide range of costumes in different varieties. Among the costumes were Alice in Wonderland, the Mad Hatter, and a Pink Flamingo, Batman, witches, goblins and even a person pumpkin. Me, I was Madame Butterfly and I happened to win the sexiest costume! As I ate a cupcake and pretzels in my butterfly costume, I observed many of us lay back and having fun and enjoying ourselves, while dressed as something (or someone) else. Our Halloween Party was an awesome and amusing means to celebrate Halloween and have fun, while we enjoyed the company each other! Our Halloween Party was a total success, totally! An expression of gratitude and thanks to Lin, our activities Di
