ME-as I go through this zany, marvelous, difficult experience called: "LIFE"!

I look at my life in the same way as I look at The Serenity Prayer God grant me the serenity "Lord, give me peace in the difficult, painful times in my life that strain my soul". To accept the things I cannot change "Lord, have me not waste valuable time trying to fix what cannot or weren’t meant to be fixed." The courage to change the things I can "Lord, never have me give up. Never have me live only to turn back on Life. Please, help grow and improve my Life circumstances. Allow me, Lord, to be your Light in this, sometimes, crazy world." And the wisdom to know the difference. "Lord, teach me the glorious lesson on when to stop, whether it be when talking or doing. Did anyone see the sunrise? Did you see the birds singing in the first light of morning? Did any of you see the trees dancing in sequence to that light breeze? Did you feel the supporting Hand of God on my shoulder? Did any of you notice my dear friend smiling as she softly spoke, reassuring me, where I lay, sick, in a hospital bed in the hospital, saying that everything was going to be okay? This and a whole lot more that happened, just today, is more than enough evidence that God is alive and working in the world!                                            Singleish                           Singleish, or I refer to it as: “Individually Owned and Operated”! I have been single as long as I have been alive. That’s 62 years, my good friends. I also, regrettably, have no children. I don’t think I’m missing out on life. I do have a life style dissimilar than most of the people I connect with. My life is definitely unalike than most and I’m different. I adamantly say I’m unique! When people talk of their children and grandchildren, I do listen. Really! I do so love children! Being with many younger people, I believe that I’ve planted seeds in these young ones, though I have no biological relation to them. I don’t think you have to be biologically related to people, especially the young people, to influence them and/or their futures. I know this! Jesus hears every prayer I utter! Jesus understands me when no one else in the whole world doesn’t understand! He sees me in my despair, my desperation, my heartache, my anger, my loneliness and my sadness! He also rejoices with me in my happiness and in my accomplishments! He picks me up when I fall! Jesus is here with me in every smile, every laugh, in the flower that my eyes taste and in every hopeful sunrise and glorious sunset. Every raindrop  that tickles my nose, every encouraging hug and in every kind word that somewhat gently utters to me, I recognize my Savior I have no need! I have God! I’m blessed! I spent Easter with my family and an old friend. Easter morning, I accompanied my mother and my niece to the Christian Worship Service at Trinity Church. I know the words of the Pastors, the music, the delightful ballet performance and us worshippers praised God and glorified Jesus Christ. After this Easter morning worship, my niece, Anita drove my mother and myself to my sister, Roseanna home. At my sister’s home we enjoyed good food and great conversation with loving family, my sister’s fiancé, Bruce and an old friend, Janice Fantasia. It was a delightful time had by all! I will remember this Easter with love, fondness, faith and gratitude to my God, who made this possible.
