Dear Friends & Family,

Ohhhh, I have been feeling so sick for so, so,very long, over 2 weeks to be exact!

What began as a stomach bug over 2 weeks ago has worsened into something worse and I don't know, much less understand what this illness has emerged into!

Even a short run on antibiotics did little to help me.

This infection, virus (or whatever it is) has affected my respiratory system, my lungs functions and the as made most of my many other bodily functions!

I am in severe pain everywhere, all over my body.

I am nauseous, and I still cannot tolerate most foods!

I have been eating a bland diet, if I eat at all.

I am forcing fluids, when I can.

I cannot identify what exactly is going on in me but, I do know that this is not my idea of fun.

This illness that has shaken, twisted and has kidnapped my body has left me in a state which little similarity to my normal self!

I realize countless others are sick with the flu, COVID, a respiratory infections and/or varieties of illnesses, viruses, pneumonias. It seems to me at this point, those of us who are known to me and others persons that I know about are sick in some ways and have some particular infection(s) viirus or another type of illness!

Please, do be careful especially among groups of people.

You do not want to get sick, especially sick the illness I have

If I can give you advice, please, please wash your hands super frequently!

Be careful among groups of people!

Be vigilant! Protect yourselves and those around us! Help to protect the vulnerable amongst us!

Protect the children!

Protecting the children means to also teaching the children, in age relevant words, the importance of being safe, especially when contagious illnesses are on the rise. Constant hands washing, wearing a mask when among others, (especially when in groups of children and other persons)!

Please help and protect those of us who are living in our seasoned years, those who are unable to keep safe themselves, the weak, the vulnerable , the children and everyone else needing protections against all of these contagious, serious and dangerous illnesses. Please pray for all of those persons amongst us who desperately need our

prayers!

Please pray for peace, for calmness and for love, empathy and understanding to show and be shown to every human being!

Most importantly, please show empathy and love to all amongst us most important, show these same qualities (hope, love, understanding, charity, empathy) to those persons who you think don't deserve it!

Listen to one another and really make attempts to understand and to be understood! Shown one another respect and deep concern for their wellbeing and the welfare of all!

Keep prayering for the government employees who have unjustly and illegally lost their jobs and their livelihoods by the United States of America's curent adminitration.

Can you pray for people of all races, all ethnic groups, people of different

beliefs and contrasting political persuasions to listen to each other, and to make valid attempt to understand one another!

From deep inside of you empathize with and for each other! Pray for those who desperately need prayers!

Most importantly I do ask are to love, to understand each other and to especially empathize with those you disagree with, those who think differently, than you, act differently than you, believe differently than you, vote differently than you and love differently than you!
