It's been a very, very long winter. The days are getting longer, the light of day is both earlier and later. Though snow is predicted Sunday night, the hope of Spring is definitely in the air. Outside, the wind has a ferocity that scares and amazes me. The snow, all the snow, so much snow with more coming. yes, we, in New Englanders, have been hit hard with blizzards, wild winds and an overabundance of snow. If it wasn't s cold as it is (It, with the wind chill factor, has gotten 25 degrees below zero) I would make snow angels and snow people. I miss my favorite, eating snowflakes from the sky. Yes, it is FREEZING here! I only, going out when I absolutely have to.  I'm so grateful to be inside and warm, while just looking out the windows!                              Evelyn Pinto                              February 17, 2015

I'm so grateful for so many people in my life. I'm very grateful for the people who came yesterday to celebrate the mass in our building. On February 14, 2015 (Valentine's Day), the priest, adults and children came and celebrated mass with all of  us in the senior building, where I live. I came prepared. I brought all kinds of paper, markers, crayons, cards and (my favorite), STICKERS! Stickers were the big hit with the children.
